Each year, we hire for multiple positions at Long's Retreat.
We are looking for Team Members to work in areas such as the Oasis, Go Karts, Kiddie Area, Waterslides, Beach, and more.
In addition, we are hiring housekeeping staff and lifeguards!

We will begin searching for 2026 Team Members in April 2026.
We need friendly, motivated and honest young men and women ages 16 and up.
ALL of our positions are PHYSICAL jobs. There is never going to be a shift that doesn’t require some walking or running, cleaning, lifting, moving and getting your hands dirty. We are fast-paced and people-based. Working weekends and holidays is a must in this business!
You must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license to apply.
If you do not have a driver's license, we cannot hire you due to insurance policies.
Each applicant must have 3 references an each reference must complete and submit a recommendation form.
