This is a 2021 Coachmen Catalina 40BHTS. It is located on a full hookup (water, electric & sewer) campsite with deck and roof, a picnic table and fire ring. 

Guests must provide their own sleeping linens, towels, pillows, cooking utensils and toiletries

Features:

  • 2 bedrooms: Front bedroom has one queen bed; back bedroom has two sets of bunk beds; living room equipped with couch (does not fold out)

  • Kitchen includes a sink, small oven/stove range, full size refrigerator/freezer, and microwave

  • Small shower and flush toilet.

  • Air conditioned.

  • TV with DVD player but NO cable/satellite reception

  • NO outside kitchen and dinette table does NOT turn into a bed.

Can be added to any rented cabin or trailer.

Check in Sunday and check out Friday, and enjoy a 5-day activity package in addition to your cabin rental

 *Wristband valid only Monday through Friday

Family (2 adults & 3 children) - Add $150 

Additional adult - Add $75

Additional child (4 years and older) - Add $40

Attractions included: 

Swimming, Waterslides, Canoes/Paddle Boats, & Mini Golf

​

Not included: 

Go Karts, Kiddie Area, Oasis, Train, Bounceables, and Carousel.
